Return Policy

At Dahab, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please read our return policy below for details on how to return or exchange products.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days from the date of receipt.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Products that are damaged or have been used cannot be returned.
  1. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@dahabcompany.com or +972 5690 9833 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number and reason for return in your request.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include a copy of the invoice or receipt and the RA number inside the package.
  3. Ship the Package: Send the package to the following address:

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

  1. Refunds and Exchanges
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item.
